  • Service providers will leave the room during undressing
  • Request adjustments to pressure, room temperature, lighting, and music volume anytime
  • You may bring a companion to your service (subject to local requirements)

Safety and Professionalism

  • Proper draping will be maintained throughout your service
  • Service providers follow strict boundaries regarding treatment areas

  • Have undergone criminal background checks and employment verification
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

  • Service providers will not engage in personal or sexual conversations
  • No inappropriate touching or conduct
  • Your service provider will immediately terminate service if you display inappropriate behavior

  • Trust your feelings if something doesn’t seem right
  • Options for reporting concerns:
    • Speak directly with your service provider if comfortable
    • Talk to the manager, supervisor, or front desk staff
    • Contact customer service at our corporate office
  • We pledge to be transparent about your options
  • Any practitioner facing allegations will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will assist in contacting authorities when appropriate and cooperate fully with investigations
