Terms of Service

Please read this document carefully before your first visit.

Welcome

We’re delighted to have you as our client. Before you begin your first massage or bodywork treatment, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms explain the relationship between you and us, and by accessing our facility or using any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Appointment Guidelines

 

Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure we can begin your session on time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time at the full service price to respect the appointments scheduled after yours.
  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
  • This policy allows us to maintain excellent staff and service quality.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge you the full value of the treatment.
  • We do not provide refunds for missed appointments or late arrivals.

Facility Environment

 

Quiet Atmosphere

  • Please switch off your cell phone upon check-in and maintain a quiet conversation level.
  • Our facility is a sanctuary for relaxation and stress relief.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please leave jewelry and valuables at home when possible, as they are not needed during your spa session.
  • We are not responsible for the disappearance, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Towels and robes are provided for your comfort.

Professional Conduct

  • Our licensed therapists and staff are here to help improve your overall wellbeing.
  • If a therapist suspects inappropriate behavior, they have the authority to immediately terminate the session.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or end service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior in our environment, with full charge of the service value.

Treatment Experience

 

Communication During Treatment

  • Almost every aspect of your treatment can be customized to your preferences, including pressure, lighting, music, table temperature, and whether you prefer conversation or silence.
  • Please communicate any discomfort during your session.
  • You have the right to request modifications or end the treatment at any time.

Attire During Treatment

  • Therapists are trained in proper draping techniques, ensuring you remain covered except for the area being massaged.
  • For Thai massage sessions, we provide fully clothed service.
  • If this is your first treatment, feel free to ask at reception or your therapist about appropriate attire.

Health Considerations

  • Please inform our staff about any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments, medications, or pregnancy.
  • Massage services for pregnant clients are only provided beyond the first trimester (12 weeks).
  • If you experience pain during your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Accessibility

 

Facility Access

  • Our facility is wheelchair accessible with accessible bathrooms available.
  • For clients requiring assistance onto tables or chairs, please arrange to bring a personal care assistant, as our staff cannot provide lifting assistance.
  • Please provide 24-hour notice when accessibility accommodations are needed.

Financial Policies

 

Payment Methods

  • We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and cash.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • At some locations, cash payments for services may not be accepted.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in service prices.
  • A 20% or higher tip for service providers is customary but not mandatory.
  • Tipping envelopes are available at the front desk for cash tips, or gratuities can be added to your credit card.

Pricing & Discounts

  • First-time clients may qualify for a 10% discount with photo ID.
  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

Membership Terms

 

Membership Benefits

  • Members receive a predetermined number of massage or bodywork treatments each month for a recurring monthly payment.
  • Treatments provided under membership are redeemable only at the location where the membership was purchased, unless otherwise specified.

Membership Renewal

  • Memberships automatically renew each month until properly canceled.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a 30-day written notice.
  • Your membership will remain in effect until the end of your current billing cycle.

Membership Freeze

  • Members may freeze their membership for up to three (3) months during each membership year.
  • No billing occurs during a freeze period.
  • Member perks will be suspended during the freeze, but unused treatment credits can still be redeemed.
  • Your account must be current and in good standing to be eligible for a freeze.

Membership Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to receive services.
  • Minors (ages 13-17) must have a parent or legal guardian enter into the agreement on their behalf and take responsibility for all billing.
  • A same-gender therapist will be assigned to services provided to minors.
  • We may require that a parent or legal guardian remain present during treatment for minors.

Gift Cards & Certificates

 

Gift Card Terms

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen certificates cannot be refunded, replaced, or validated.
  • Gift certificates can be redeemed for the monetary value of the service at the time of sale.
  • Gift cards should only be purchased directly from our facility.

Booking & Scheduling

 

How to Book

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website, through our mobile app, or in person at our front desk.
  • Cancellations can be made through the same channels.

Children Policy

  • To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we request that you refrain from bringing young children to the facility.
  • Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All clients under 18 must have an adult over 18 sign their initial consultation document.
  • The adult is responsible for supervising the child’s behavior.
